Foxtrot
Flowing, elegant, and unhurried — the dance of the stars. Long walking steps across the floor that make a ballroom feel like it was built for you.
Tango
Dramatic and sharp, with Argentine-inspired storytelling in every pause. The most deliberate dance we teach, and the most theatrical.
Waltz
Classic romance built on rise and fall. A simple three-step that, once it settles, feels like floating rather than stepping.
Cha Cha
Fast footwork and sharp turns, sassy and full of energy. The dance most students find themselves practising in the kitchen.
Rumba
Slow, sensual and deliberate. Every step is placed rather than taken, which makes it the best teacher of partner connection.
Swing
Bouncy, spontaneous and relentlessly good-humoured. If a song comes on at a wedding and everyone gets up, this is the dance for it.
